The table below shows deadlines for the compulsory payments payable to Camp America and price of the late payment fee if payment is not made by the deadline:

The tables above show our fees for participating in the Programme, as well as 3rd party costs which you will incur as part of taking part in a US summer camp programme. Unfortunately these 3rd party fees are out of our control, however we want to make you aware of them so there are no nasty surprises. Please bear in mind these 3rd party costs are not unique to Camp America so just because other companies don't highlight them doesn't mean they don't apply!

In order to offer you the best service and the highest level of support, Camp America charges a ‘fee for service'. This fee covers our costs of recruitment, marketing, interviewing and selection, placement and ongoing support in Australia and of course, the US, as well as 5 months medical insurance.
We aim to keep our prices low whilst providing you with the best service and the best experience at summer camp. With over 40 years experience and thousands choosing Camp America every year, we think we are doing something right!
