camp counsellor program. Taking part in Camp America means
you’ll be broadening your work experience and developing
new skills in areas like communication, time management
and leadership.
Our staff come with years of experience
and know-how. They speak your language, understand your
needs and will guide and support you through the process-
step by step!
As a designated
J-1 Visa sponsor, here’s what Camp America provides:
- A pre-arranged summer camp
job for 9-10 weeks.
- Whilst at camp, you will receive
free room and board including 3 meals a day.
- Assistance securing your US
J-1 Visa (allows you to work at a summer camp) with
time for travel after camp.
- 24 hour emergency assistance
and support in the USA.
- A detailed pre-departure handbook
(plus on-line version!) with practical information,
travel tips and advice.
- A welcome pack on your arrival
in the USA.
- You’ll receive a designated
amount of pocket money for your 9 weeks work plus
additional payment for extra weeks worked at camp.

Medical Insurance.
