The American Institute for Foreign Study (Australia) Pty Ltd opened its Australian office in 1999 and began offering its Camp America and Au Pair in America programs to young Australians. In 2005, AIFS commenced offering inbound programs and currently facilitates cultural exchange programs for more than 2,000 young people.

Camp Overview

Blue Star Camps is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Family owned and led since 1948, Blue Star’s wide range of camp activities and electives encourage campers to pursue new interests, cultivate friendships and develop individual strengths with a large focus on outdoor adventure programs such as white water kayaking, rock climbing, horseback riding, hiking and more!

Staff Time Off

Each staff member gets one full day off per week. Days off might be one full day, or from mid-day one day through mid-day the next.
