The American Institute for Foreign Study (Australia) Pty Ltd opened its Australian office in 1999 and began offering its Camp America and Au Pair in America programs to young Australians. In 2005, AIFS commenced offering inbound programs and currently facilitates cultural exchange programs for more than 2,000 young people.

Camp Carolina is a summer camp paradise! Our boys have the choice of over 40 activities each day. We have an impressive off camp adventure program with 12 trips heading off-site daily into the beautiful Appalachian mountains giving campers the chance to experience high adventure and independence daily. With choices such as whitewater kayaking, surfing, wakeboarding, backpacking, horse riding, mtn biking, climbing, caving, rafting, fishing, skateboarding, archery, riflery, fencing, music, arts, yoga, all sports (including international sports), golf-we can cater for all of our campers passions and interests.
Staff get a 24 hour period off on either Saturday or Sunday as well as an evening off Monday or Tuesday. We allow staff personal use of camp vehicles to explore the local area and enjoy their time off is this amazing corner of the USA. We also offer free high adventure trips off site each weekend for the staff to experience the high adventure aspect of CCB.
